We are a responsible, neat, quiet family of three moving from Florida in August for our 8th grade daughter to attend the ballet program at UNCSA! It would be great to find a well kept small three or four bedroom home with lots of light and maybe a porch! Wood floors, window frames, doors, wood anything! (Coming from stucco Florida) Ornate hardware, stain glass anything old to go with our antiques! Most importantly, I would like to have all appliances, including W/D. Although I would be pleased with W/D hook ups. We need at least 1.5 bathrooms, preferable two. We do not want a huge yard to take care of. We will be renting/ leasing for at least a year, very possibly longer. We will eventually purchase. We would be open to a 3 bed condo or townhouse in one of these areas if we can't find an old home to rent. Thanks for any help. We will be in town July10-13.
