Townhouse/Condo Wanted

I am looking for a 2-3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse/condo to rent. Preferably in a mature professional area. Unit must be clean and ready for move in today. Unit must have all appliances, if no washer and dryer than must have washer/dryer connections. Unit must be pet/smoke free. Unit should be within a fifteen minute drive into downtown Winston Salem. Please only serious replies if you have the townhouse/condo that I have described. Thank you very much.
