looking for 2-3bed apt/house near downtown/west end (walking distance)

Two 23 year old guys looking for a two or three bedroom apt for 800 or less. No apartment complexes or buildings. Preferably with washer/dryer, of street parking, central air and allows pets. We don't have any pets but are considering getting a dog. Would like to start a lease between Sept 1 and 10.
