I am launching a local magazine that I won't name right now (in order to not give too much away), but that you can think of as "AMERICA'S MOST WANTED" in a local print format. I see no other competing magazine like it, and since crime news is the most watched / read in news media, I believe readership potential is high. Therefore advertising potential is high. This will be a free publication, distributed at local grocery stores, libraries, waiting rooms, etc. But I need a partner to make this work. I'm proposing 50/50 ownership in the local magazine, with you taking care of the advertising and promotion end, while I produce the actual content. Email me if interested.
